  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
  • Establishes relation with client by asking relevant questions & providing information; confirming pricing & delivery address.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Understanding the calling script & following the same.
  • Regular in updating self & attending training programs conducted by the company periodically.
  • Good at English & Hindi Communication.
  • Knowledge of soft skills to communicate effectively.
  • Manage large number of inbound/outbound calls.
  • Following Call Centre Scripts.
